Direct the development and execution of organic search and paid search campaigns and best-in-class search analysis and optimization. Lead the development of capabilities across the organization. Responsible for managing all search opportunities including paid search and Google Adwords.

Product Management Officer - Google/Search Engine Marketing

Selangor

Responsibilities:

Work with Head of Online/Digital to oversee the management, execution and delivery of highly effective paid search campaigns on behalf of all YP advertisers.
Responsible for managing paid search spend allocation and bid management for all search campaigns
Conduct Keyword Research to produce optimal Click Through Rates (CTR)
Monitor progress of campaigns using various reporting tools
Provide thought leaderships through strategic and tactical input to YP Account Managers for successful management of SEM campaigns.
Develop and ensure processes for thorough keyword research, building of keyword lists, analysis of search delivery and recommendations.
Oversee the strategy development, project management, report delivery and client communication.
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary deparment to maximize the use of search
management tools to provide strategic and expert direction to the Strategic Planning Team with ROI and user search behaviour analysis and insights.
Direct the continued optimization of paid search campaigns to improve overall conversion rates and cost-per-conversion activity and continually strive to raise the level of SEM strategies.
Develop the key insights for monthly/quarterly and year over year analysis and insights reported to clients and all internal stakeholders.
Develop best practices, standards and processes for SEM
Lead search marketing best practices, staying current with industry innovations and trends, best practices and identifying relevant opportunities to support business objectives.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years SEM experience with a strong background of managing both paid search and organic search campaigns.
Must be Google Adwords professional (GAP) certified.
Advanced knowledge of search engine optimization, search engine platforms, search analytics, and site analytics.
Ability to work with large data sets and present reporting in a way that provides clear and actionable results.
Proactive, self-starter, capable of setting goals and reporting progress against them.
Problem solving, accuracy and attention to deatil in a multi-taking , fast paced business environment
Strong statistics, data analytics and strategy background
